BEFORE THE PROGRAM
The first step is to get in touch with us about your big day. We’d love to hear your plans and expectations right from the start, so we can make sure we capture every special moment. Just let us know the venues, dates, and times, and we’ll check our availability to be there for you.
After that, If possible by your side we can set up a time to meet and go over everything about your event, from start to finish. We’re flexible with scheduling, and evening meetings after work are no problem. This will give us a chance to discuss the details, answer any questions you have, and get a feel for how your day will unfold. Also we will be helping each other to fill out the contract form before process get started.
AFTER THE PROGRAM
After your program/event, our goal is to have your photos and videos ready within 8-14 weeks. We pride ourselves on delivering your project as quickly as possible, without unnecessary delays, unlike others who may take longer. Throughout the editing process, I’ll keep you updated on the progress of your images and videos, letting you know as soon as they’re ready.
Once completed, we’ll arrange a time to meet and deliver your images or film, carefully presented on a premium USB inside a beautifully designed luxury box. Your images will also be uploaded to a private online gallery, giving you easy access to download and share these precious memories with your loved ones.
